To be eligible for refund you must provide proof of purchase and return exact item in same condition you originally received item.
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items. Vintage and discounted designer finds are sold as-is; minor wear is normal. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items? Contact us with photos — we’ll refund or replace. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
How to Return: Contact us at Support.toprolla@gmail.com with your order number. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method to the address we provide. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
